I love all things vintage, especially anything from the 50's. I always feel like I was born in the wrong decade. I would have loved to have been a 1950's housewife. I found this blog the other day and this guy's New York apartment is pretty freaking awesome.
I would die to have just a few pieces he has and by the looks of it, he has a ton. I guess it would be hard to give any of that fantastic vintage away.

FABULOUS! The fifties? Been there, done that, but it never looked that good! Great post, Becky!!
I love the last photo -especially those vintage shelves and the colors come together beautifully! :) I can't get enough of the furniture in the movie "The Help" lovely!
I too am a big fan of all those vintage items, of all decades. I also adore clothing for different times. Thank you so much for sharing these apartment photos! Happy thursday!
p.s. look at the bottom of my blog and you will see the songs listed, I have them playing in random order so I am not sure what you heard.
That is A LOT of vintage! Wow, i'd be happy with just a few of those pieces! Nice post, V definitely is for Vintage! (Thanks for stopping by my blog too!)
I like the last interior:) But in general I don't like the 50 style that much - great V post!
Hello,
Great photos!! My wife will go crazy over the last one. Great post!!
most interesting photos!
I have recently and briefly studied Mid Century Modern. There's a great book by Cara Greenburg of the same title. In the book, there are photos of kitchens with bright colored cabinets.
This apartment is Very cool...
Vintage is awesome, just like this post!
Great job!
